SourceCode Communications appoints Troy Kelley EVP, Integrated Marketing and Consumer Technology

Kelley will lead SourceCode’s US consumer portfolio and build out its integrated team across its New York, London, San Francisco and Munich offices

New York — October 29, 2026 — SourceCode Communications, an independent and leading tech and consumer communications agency, announced today that Troy Kelley has joined the team as Executive Vice President, Integrated Marketing and Consumer Technology. Kelley joins two, well-established portfolios, leading the US consumer technology portfolio with Vice President Cori Cagide, and an international integrated marketing team. Tasked with growing both service offerings, Kelley will draw on extensive agency experience of building holding-company level integrated models and introducing clients to emerging technologies to deliver measurable reputational and commercial results.

Kelley brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of brand, technology and culture, driving growth for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands, including Walmart, Mastercard, Hulu, Volkswagen and 7-Eleven. He has built and led integrated capabilities at R/GA, Ogilvy, Deutsch, Naked & PHD, with award-winning creative, tech, and media campaigns recognized by Cannes Lions, the Effies, and the Clios.

This new hire marks the next stage of growth for SourceCode’s consumer technology and integrated marketing services. The integrated team Kelley builds will serve SourceCode clients across all portfolios, bringing together SourceCode’s existing services including paid media and ABM, with its earned media, brand storytelling, executive positioning and AI visibility work. Kelley will set the direction for both portfolios, lead client teams and drive new business.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Becky Honeyman comments, “The lines between PR, marketing, and brand have been blurring for years, and our clients increasingly need partners who can bring those disciplines together in a meaningful way. Troy has spent his career building exactly that kind of integrated thinking for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Bringing him to SourceCode is a significant step in our evolution, strengthening our consumer expertise while expanding what we can deliver for clients across the agency.”

“I’ve spent my career with agencies that are genuinely built for what’s coming next, not retrofitting offerings to catch up. SourceCode is one of the very few.  We’re at the same inflection point the industry hit with social and digital. People are asking AI assistants what to buy and getting a single answer back, and the brands that become the trusted source those models recommend will own a discovery channel their competitors don’t even see yet.” said Troy Kelley.

Kelley joins during a run of growth for SourceCode. In March, the agency was named PRWeek’s Outstanding Technology Agency, its first win in the category. SourceCode has further expanded its reach by opening a new Munich office, its first in continental Europe, and launched public affairs services in the US and UK through partnerships with Talisman LLC and Parisi Consulting, helping tech leaders engage on policy and public sentiment.
