SourceCode Communications UK has expanded its leadership team by appointing Ségolène Roche as Director and promoting Ruvina Uppal to Deputy Managing Director. The appointments support the agency’s rapid international growth and increasing demand for global technology communications programmes.
SourceCode Communications UK today announced the appointment of Ségolène Roche as Director and the promotion of Ruvina Uppal to Deputy Managing Director, UK & Europe, as the consultancy continues its rapid expansion less than three years after launching.
The leadership appointments follow a period of significant growth for the agency. Since opening its UK office in October 2023, SourceCode has grown to a 15-person consultancy on track to generate nearly £2 million in annual fees, while establishing the UK business as a hub for international communications programmes serving clients across North America, Europe and Asia. Today, approximately 65% of the agency’s client portfolio operates internationally.
Earlier this year, PRovoke Media described SourceCode UK‘s journey as going from “startup to serious contender“, reflecting the agency’s rapid rise within the UK technology communications market.
Investing in Leadership
Ségolène Roche joins SourceCode as Director from VCCP Roar (formerly Harvard), bringing extensive experience advising global technology brands. She will play a key leadership role across client strategy, integrated communications programmes and team development, helping the agency continue to evolve its client offering as it scales internationally.
The appointment comes as Ruvina Uppal is promoted to Deputy Managing Director, UK & Europe. Since joining SourceCode, Uppal has played a central role in the agency’s growth, leading major international client programmes and helping build one of the UK’s fastest-growing specialist technology communications consultancies. In her expanded role, she will take on broader responsibility for agency operations, talent development and supporting SourceCode’s continued European expansion.
Building an International Hub
Today, nearly 65% of SourceCode UK’s clients operate internationally, with the UK team leading integrated communications programmes for organisations across North America, Europe and Asia, including many US-headquartered technology companies.
Working closely with SourceCode colleagues and agency partners around the world, the UK office has become a central hub for international communications programmes, enabling clients to execute globally connected campaigns with local market expertise.
As demand for coordinated international communications continues to grow, SourceCode is investing further in its international capabilities, strengthening its European presence while continuing to expand its global partner network.
Investing in Innovation
Alongside its international growth, SourceCode has continued to invest in new capabilities that extend beyond traditional communications.
SourceCode Demand Cloud, the agency’s integrated marketing services offering, now contributes approximately 15–20% of UK revenues, reflecting growing client demand for integrated marketing, demand generation and revenue-focused communications programmes.
In June 2026, the agency also launched SourceCode Inflection, an AI-powered foresight and strategic intelligence service developed in partnership with Next Up. The new offering helps organisations identify emerging trends, anticipate market shifts and make more informed strategic decisions.
Giles Peddy, Managing Director, UK & Europe, SourceCode Communications, said: “When we launched SourceCode UK, our ambition was to build a different kind of communications consultancy, one designed for technology companies operating across markets, not within them. Less than three years later, we’ve grown to a team of 15, are approaching £2 million in annual fees, and nearly two-thirds of our clients now operate internationally.
“Those milestones matter because they reflect the trust our clients place in us and the exceptional team we’ve built. With Ségolène joining our leadership team and Ruvina stepping into an expanded leadership role, we’re investing ahead of our next phase of growth as we continue building an international consultancy designed for the world’s most ambitious technology companies.”
