Our very own, Jess Bryant has been selected as an honoree in Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Awards, Class of 2024 in the Rising Stars category! Jess joined the SourceCode team in May 2021 as an Account Executive, later becoming a Senior Account Executive. Jess has since been unstoppable and was recently promoted to Account Manager in October.
“As a somewhat new Account Manager, Jess has stepped into the role beautifully. She’s taken on a new direct report, stepped up in terms of her role on accounts (thinking more strategically, having more 1:1s with client contacts, taking on more accountability, etc.), supported her portfolio leads in resourcing, budgeting and forecasting and continued to be a force on the media and client communications front. Not to mention, much of this has involved onboarding two new accounts with robust scopes of work and having what some may consider difficult client conversations due to team changes, all of which she’s navigated incredibly well. She’s been eager to step up and has met every challenge and opportunity that’s come to her.
