SourceCode Named Finalist in Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – our people are everything. Now it’s official. SourceCode Communications is a finalist in Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards, recognized in the Top Places to Work for Employee Wellbeing.

We don’t believe in surface-level perks or performative wellness. We build programs that actually make a difference. Real flexibility. Real support. Real connection. That means mental health resources that matter, leaders who listen, and a culture that encourages people to show up fully (no masks, no burnout).

We’re not chasing trophies. But when someone hands us one, we’ll take the moment to reflect. This recognition is a sign we’re doing something right. And we are just getting started.
