How do you turn an executive into an influencer? That’s what SourceCode set out to do with Jenius Bank’s Head of Financial Wellness, the company’s main consumer-facing spokesperson.
Creating a social media program that served the executive’s personal platform and drove conversions for the brand would require a delicate balance of relevant messaging and personal flair.
Solution
Each quarter, SourceCode created a calendar of pre-planned content that aligned the executive’s expertise with trending topics, key seasonal moments, business priorities, and her own personal interests. We also recommended LinkedIn network connections and groups to help grow her reach and name recognition.
Personal content is crucial: SourceCode collaborated closely with the executive to ensure her unique life experiences showed up in her posts.
Up against a fickle algorithm, we experimented with different post formats, timing and assets and made strategic use of tags, hashtags and links to boost visibility and engagement
