Forging an Industry-Leading Voice

553%

increase in YoY coverage between Q1 and Q2.

115+

research-driven media placements in 2025.

64.3%

peak share of voice in March 2025

Challenge

After limited success with a previous agency, Horizon3.ai needed to increase media visibility, outperform competitors in share of voice, and drive national awareness. The company had the makings of a strong media source, with a research team regularly publishing high-value vulnerability findings and a CEO with a strong, outspoken perspective, but lacked a cohesive strategy to fully leverage these assets. A successful PR program would require elevating the brand’s presence in both business and cybersecurity media, maximizing coverage from research and data insights, and delivering consistent, proactive outreach to keep Horizon3.ai top of mind across its priority outlets.

Solution

We rebuilt Horizon3.ai’s media program from the ground up, creating new messaging, workflows, and executive positioning. A full Executive Brand Management program was launched for CEO Snehal Antani, including op-eds, targeted speaking opportunities, and a long-term media roadmap. We maintained a weekly cadence of proactive pitching, newsjacking, and content development while aggressively pitching research findings and breaking vulnerability discoveries to security trades and national outlets. Horizon3.ai’s $100M Series D announcement was positioned as an Axios exclusive, driving widespread top-tier coverage and setting the stage for sustained momentum.
