Big news over here at SourceCode Communications today- we’ve been nominated for a Ragan’s Employee Communications Award in their ‘Top Places to Work’ category! It’s inspiring to be amongst many of our peers as we’ve worked hard to cultivate a culture rooted in humanity. Although we’ve won other awards, being recognized as an organization that drives high quality work while also prioritizing work/life balance is a true highlight as we are only as good as our team.
The sky’s the limit for success in 2023 and it is humbling to start the year off winning this award as it gives us great motivation to continue to support our employees in the best way we can through opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. Congrats to our fellow winners!
