On Wednesday, March 29th, Rachel Dix-Kessler was honored by PRWeek’s Top Women  Awards 2023 in their ‘Rising Stars’ category. Rachel joined the SourceCode team in 2019 as the first PR Media Strategist on staff. From her first day, Rachel has shown an incredible passion for building relationships with the media, telling creative and impactful data-driven stories on behalf of our clients and amplifying the SourceCode brand. She has quickly grown into an impressive leader now spearheading our Media Relations team as our Director, Media Strategy & Analytics. Throughout her tenure with SourceCode, she has remained consistently committed to making an impact for clients and team members alike as she is always offering mentorship, guidance and partnership to her team.
