Come grow with us.
Want to help us inspire brands, communities, and people to change the world? Want to grow your skills and expertise while you do it?
You’re in the right place.
At SourceCode, we understand that successful campaigns thrive on genuine relationships as well as exceptional work. Everything we do is infused with human understanding and empathy, and we continuously adopt new ways of working to ensure we are known not just for our client work, but also as a champion for good.
As expert communicators, we have a responsibility to help our clients shine a light on the stories that matter and help build a more positive future for the world. From supporting diverse and underserved communities to supporting brands that are tackling the most pressing issues of tomorrow, we stake our culture on the pledge to be a catalyst of positive change.
And we don’t just talk the talk…
In the fall of 2023, SourceCode signed the Clean Creatives Pledge, proving our commitment to promoting sustainability and eco-conscious practices within the communications and advertising industry. SourceCode also proudly runs The Diversity Marketing Consortium (DMC), a NY-state 501c3 that provides pro bono marketing services to diverse and underrepresented startup founders. Most recently, we have achieved official certification as a B-Corp, a prestigious designation that a business is meeting high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
We also believe that good work doesn’t happen if you don’t take care of your people. Our SourceCode Strong program centers our team members as humans – not just employees. Our collection of unique policies and programs provides our people with the tools and resources they need to take care of themselves, their family, and their community with plenty of paid time off to recharge and explore. The program includes unlimited sick leave, including mental health leave and leave needed to take care of a loved one, and wellness benefits, including a mental wellness reimbursement program. We offer 6 months paid leave for new parents and we give our teams a 37-hour work week year-round, closing the office at 2 pm on Friday allowing an early disconnect and start to the weekend. Our paid time off includes unlimited vacation, 11 paid holidays, a week-long year-end break, 4 volunteer days, as well as a one-month paid sabbatical after completing 4 years.
Just as we help our clients grow for the future, we do the same for our employees. We recently kickstarted CodeBase, an innovative new learning and development program designed to enhance employee skills and knowledge through a mix of internal, external, and self-guided training. SourceCode also prioritizes individualized growth paths that empower employees to strengthen their unique expertise and talents.
We also take great pride in our Culture Crew, which keeps our teams connected with a mix of in-person and remote events. From virtual Easter egg hunts to cultural cooking sessions to group volunteer outings, we make sure our team gets plenty of opportunities to build camaraderie and have a little fun together during the workday.
“When we started SourceCode, we set out to build an awesome place to work, and we knew that meant making significant investments in our people and culture. What we didn’t know is that we’d have to adapt to a pandemic, wild market ups and downs, and a major societal shift in how we think about work – all in the span of our first seven years. Through it all, we’ve prioritized our people and done everything we can to set them up for success.
Now, as we move into a new era of growth and innovation, we’re still wholly focused on giving our employees the healthy work/life balance, professional development, and supportive working environment they deserve.” – Greg Mondshein
