SourceCode Communications opens in Germany. Here’s what that means for our clients.

Germany is Europe’s largest B2B technology market and one of the most important destinations for international expansion. SourceCode Communications has opened a Munich office to help technology companies navigate the German media landscape, localise campaigns and accelerate growth across the DACH region.

Why Germany Is Europe’s Leading B2B Technology Market

If you’re a tech business looking to make an impact on mainland Europe, there are few better places to start than Germany. As well as being the largest market in the region (Germany has a population of  83.6 million and accounts for around a quarter of the EU’s GDP), it’s also one of Europe’s most important tech hubs. Approximately 100,000 IT companies operate in the country, employing over 1 million people.

Germany is the ideal setting for the location of SourceCode’s newest office, which opened in Munich on July 14.

Bringing Local Communications Expertise to the DACH Region

Our new MD Germany joins us from one of the world’s largest agencies and is tasked with driving growth in the market – both locally and through supporting our international clients looking to deepen their engagement in continental Europe. We have seen a marked increase in RFPs focusing on Germany and the broader DACH regions. Our new office puts us in a much better position to respond and win.

Why Local Knowledge Drives Better Campaigns

As any international business knows: effective campaigns require in-depth local knowledge. Overly centralized, cookie-cutter approaches to delivering messages to local audiences simply doesn’t work. Unless the audience can see themselves and their context in a brand’s communication, campaigns will likely be viewed as little more than spam. Our new team in Germany will ensure that every campaign is rooted in German culture, policy, and native-language storytelling and put in front of the nation’s most important journalists.

SourceCode Germany started on day one with a great portfolio of clients and has a strong pipeline of clients and opportunities to add to the business during H2 2026. This provides a great springboard for future growth as we look to bring our innovative and results-driven communications services to more and more companies in the region. Alongside our rapid growth journey in the UK, and the ongoing successes of our US business, SourceCode Communications is establishing itself as a truly global player.
