We are pleased to announce the hiring of Derek Miller as SVP, Creative & Digital. Starting in the role this past Monday, he will be reporting to EVP Kristen Stippich who shared “As we look to further integrate our teams and continue to provide clear and measurable ROI to our clients, he was the exact right candidate to lead this growth engine for our business. I couldn’t be more excited to work with him.”.
Derek will be working alongside all leadership while focusing on realizing the massive growth potential within the creative and digital space that exists within our client base and new business pipeline. In addition, he will spearhead the integrated marketing practice where his primary focus will be to work with client CMOs to advise on digital marketing strategies while working with account staff to integrate digital solutions into existing scopes.
With more than 15 years of experience, his background includes his previous role as SVP, Creative Director at Tierney (previously Associate Creative Director) and Associate Creative Director at Digitas Health. Derek has worked across a variety of verticals; including health, b2b, finance and consumer goods.
“When we acquired Strike 2 in the fall of 2021, there was a tremendous opportunity for us to provide more integrated services to our clients, be a more strategic advisor, and provide more measurable impact.” said Greg Mondshein, co-founder and managing partner, SourceCode Communications. “Bringing Derek on will maintain this momentum and is a pivotal step in further integrating our creative, digital and PR practices into one ROI generating marketing machine for technology businesses.”.
